Force enable MultiTouch on Windows 10 Citrix Workspace

Chris Ootes

We have two Wacom Cintiq Pros and both are almost same model. One has Pen and Touch screen (DTH-2420). Second has only a Pen (DTK-2420).

The first Wacom tablet with touch screen works with Citrix and de second Wacom tablet doesn't work with Citrix.

The first Wacom tablet with touch screen has a white circle cursor when I move the pen over a Citrix window.

The second Wacom tablet doesn't show a cursor in Citrix window, not even clicking works inside Citrix. Outside Citrix window everything works, I can draw in paint.

Now I assume Citrix senses when there is a touch screen and than it anables MultiTouch input. And Citrix doens't sense our Wacom pen so it never enables MultiTouch on a Wacom tablet without touchscreen.

Is it possible to force enable MultiTouch input?

We can't passtrough the Wacom tablets because Citrix Workspace connect to a seamless XenApp on a Windows Server 2016.
