citrix environment under Mac

we have released a new Citrix environment that works without problems on Windows.

Under MacOS we unfortunately get the error message "Connection to the server was interrupted" after a few minutes (see screenshot). I tested it with the Workspace App and the Receiver.

Does anyone have an idea what this is due to?
