Issues with Citrix Secure Hub on iOS 14

Hi guys

we have an issue with our Citrix XenMobile On-Prem installation and users, who have updated to iOS14. We have installed and have updated the Apps for Citrix Secure Mail and Secure Web for iOS to 20.9.0.


The apps for the users phone are removed as far as i heard from that user. When we try to activate the device again (after removing all apps and profiles) we receive: An error occured. The enrollment will stop.


With devices earlier to iOS14 is working just fine. Does one of you have a hint what could cause that issue?

....consider the latest Rolling Patch also, there are some security updates and new features included also
