App hangs when opening

Question

Hi,

 

I have found a weird issue with a published app in our Citrix Workspace portal.

The app tries to open but when it finishes doesn't show anything except the icon in the Windows desktop task bar. Trying to click in the icon does nothing.

I tried to log out at the connection center and then log in again, close citrix and launch it again,...; but the app still does the same.

 

Do you have any clue about what is happening?

Hello,

 

Can you confirm that you are using Workspace App with Citrix Cloud?

Are you using Citrix Gateway Services?

Does the issue is for 1 application only?

Did it work before?
