update catalog failed - An item with the same key has already been added.; An item with the same key has already been added.

Question

I were updating a machine catalog (vda 1912). I only copied a subfolder like c:\temp\xxx,  and patched Microsoft September patches.

When I updated the catalog against this new template (aws AMI), I got 

 

Terminating Error:
An error occurred while preparing the image.

Not sure if Microsoft patches made the problem, I had not tried with other machine catalogs.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
