OWA2016 bookmark iframe empty

Recommended Posts

Hello Support Team,

i have the following problem with accessing OWA2016 bookmark via Netscaler cvpn.

When accessing the OWA site the target URL is translated wrong.

https://aaa.bbb.ccc/cvpn/https/aaa.bbb.ccc/owa/#path=/cvpn/https/aaa.bbb.ccc/mail

iframe is displayed empty.

If i Correct the Url to
https://aaa.bbb.ccc/cvpn/https/aaa.bbb.ccc/owa/#path=/mail

iframe is displayed correct

does anyone have an idea what it could be ?

Thanks and greetings
Thomas

Hello Thomas,

I think the problem is due to sessions policies on your ADC.

Please take a look at this thread it should help you: https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/375761-netscaler-unified-gateway-and-exchange-owa-2016-problem/

Thanks

Arnaud

Hi,

i have followed this approach before, only there it is controlled by CS and not by cvpn.
The funny thing about my variant is that it works 100% when an OWA 2013 is addressed, this error only occurs when addressing an OWA 2016.

It can't be the SSO form, because if it is deactivated, the URL will be called incorrectly after login.

https://aaa.bbb.ccc/cvpn/https/aaa.bbb.ccc/owa/#path=/cvpn/https/aaa.bbb.ccc/mail

iframe is displayed empty.

If i Correct the Url to
https://aaa.bbb.ccc/cvpn/https/aaa.bbb.ccc/owa/#path=/mail
