Samsung Galaxy S7 SecureHub Install Keeps spinning

Question

I have a user who when tries to connect to SecureHub by entering all the details to connect, his screen keeps spinning and does not finish. I tried updating the Android MDX to the latest version of 20.8.5-8 and still it is the same. I tried with 2 phones one an Android Galaxy S7 Model SM G930V hardware version Rev 0.6 and the software is in 8.0.0

 

Any suggestions. It is doing the same on another phone also.

Did you by any chance try with an iPhone?

When you wrote "I tried updating the Android MDX" which applications are you talking about?
