Citrix Powershell command to start a Xenapp machine

George Jiao1709162286

We would use Citrix powershell command to start and stop a Xenapp machine in Delivery group.

Basically there is no power management for Server-OS machines in Delivery group.

We can use Windows command to shutdown a Xenapp server, but cannot find a Citrix powershell command to start (power on) a "BrokerMachine".

I called Citrix support, he said there is no such command available, has to start a BrokerMachine from Citrix studio. Or use hypervisor (VMWare for example) to start a VM.

Sounds ridiculous.

Anyone has any suggestion, Thx
