EPA scan is failing and not getting login screen

Tried deleting EPAPlugin from :\Users\****\AppData\Local\Citrix\AGEE. Relaunched multiple time, Facing same issue.  Looks like EpaPlugin installation is fine . But something else is causing the issue, which i am unable to figure out . Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue.
