Following are the error and warning I see on Citrix Delivery services log of Citrix V desktop 7.15 cu4

1) Failed to launch the resource 'Win10-Desktop $S6-12' using the Citrix XML Service at address 'http://dddc.olddomain.org/scripts/wpnbr.dll'. The XML service returned error: 'unspecified'.

2) The Citrix servers reported an unspecified error from the XML Service at address ttp://dddc.olddomain.org/scripts/wpnbr.dll [NFuseProtocol.TRequestAddress].

3) All the Citrix XML Services configured for farm ZZZZ failed to respond to this XML Service transaction.

On windows application logs, several of this. perhaps related to deleted user or some failure on cross forest auth although I have full federated trust between resource and user domain

0x534 : No mapping between account names and security IDs was done. Advanced help for this problem is available on http://support.microsoft.com. Query for "troubleshooting 1202 events". Error 0x534 occurs when a user account in one or more Group Policy objects (GPOs) could not be resolved to a SID. This error is possibly caused by a mistyped or deleted user account referenced in either the User Rights or Restricted Groups branch of a GPO. To resolve this event, contact an administrator in the domain to perform the following actions: 1.

We have the same problem. We see the following events in the event viewer on storefront servers:

0: The Citrix servers reported an unspecified error from the XML Service at address https://........../scripts/wpnbr.dll [NFuseProtocol.TRequestAddress]

28: Failed to launch the resource 'Cloud. workstation $S05-45' using the Citrix XML Service at address 'https://....../scripts/wpnbr.dll'. The XML service returned error: 'unspecified'.

4003: All the Citrix XML Services configured for farm Cloud failed to respond to this XML Service transaction

What exactly was the solution to this issue?

thank you in advance.
