Error 3006 Endpoint Analysis plug-in failed to start on chromebook

I get Error 3006 Endpoint Analysis plug-in failed to start (see desktop screenshot.png, attached).  I get this when attempting to log on with Citrix Workspace, chromebook laptop on a Chrome browser and a Microsoft Windows laptop on Internet Explorer browser.

I used to be able to bypass this analysis with a click of a button but that button does not appear anymore.

I tried logging in on my Samsung Galaxy s9+ (android mobile phone) using a Chrome browser (see phone screenshot.jpg, attached).  Notice, there's a download button on the lower right corner.  This does not appear when I use laptop browsers or Citrix Workspace.  When I click the download button, the file nsepa.dep is downloaded (see attached).  I transferred this file to my chromebook laptop but I am not able to install.  This file doesn't seem to be compatible with the Chrome Operating System.


Please advise.
