Twain Scanner not found

Hello, maybe someone has some ideas which could help me solve the poblem.


We use two different scanners (Brother and Canon) and install the Twain driver on the local client. Some are connected via LAN, some others directly via USB cable.


I have a problem with a Canon scanner connected via USB, which is recognised in the XenApp Desktop session but is not functional. It says - scanner not found. When I look into the devicemanager on the client I see it connected as USB Device and not Imaging devices. It only seems to happen with this scanner.


Other scanners show up correctly und are functional.


Any ideas?
