Unable to request Workspace test instance in developer.cloud.com using existing Citrix cloud account user option

Question

Hi,

 

The option “Create or Access test instance” for an existing cloud account user under Citrix Workspace in https://developer.cloud.com/ should ideally bring up a login screen but it gives an error “Unable to process your request”. This issue is not specific to any particular user as it happens to anyone who tries to use this option on the site.
