active Citrix sessions being logged out, why??

We have a few Citrix users reporting that active sessions running on Chromebooks are being logged out of *active* sessions exactly 1 hour after they log in. Only difference between Chromebook and desktop sessions is that Chromebooks log in through our NetScaler, mls.domain.org and the computers all have a Storefront login URL, storefront.domain.org, and this only happens to a few Chromebook users, not all so far as I know. Actual idle Citrix session timeout really is 1 hour, but these are active sessions that are being logged off. This only started happening recently in the last couple weeks. 


Why would this happen????????? Is this a NetScaler problem instead of XenApp problem????????
