Logon duration data not available: Published apps/desktops only - OK for VDI

Question

When viewing session details, we do not see any logon duration data for published apps/desktop sessions launched from either XenApp server we have currently.

We see all logon data for VDI sessions just fine.

 

Are there typical scenarios why this would be occurring?

 

VDA:  1912.0.0.24265

Workspace app: 20.06.0.7
