windows 2016 start menu not opening

Citrix 1912Cu1 (problem also in 7.15cu4) 25 VDA
profile: fslogix

From a moment users indicate that they cannot open the start menu. (right click works)

By looking on the internet I have already implemented:
- a script to clean up the firewall rules that create themselves.
- I also have the search service start.

When I connect to admin in RDP on the VDAs I never had a problem.
And the problem occurs over time. In fact the user will be able to open the start menu in the morning but during the day this is no longer possible.

The refresh of the WEM parameters does not change anything. if we disconnect and reconnect it works again.

Which parameter should I look at?
