Citrix receiver on Chrome - Error Message

Question

Hi,

 

My company recently upgraded our desktops since then when I try to log on at home through my laptop using the Citrix Workspace app I get an error message stating "cannot connect to server refer to citrix knowledge center article configure local access for HTML5".

 

Any support would be great.
