Problems accessing a virtual server from https

Question

Recently, due to version changes, 2 new StoreFront v3.12 servers were created and at the time of creating the Virtual Server within the NetScales VPX (10), it only allows entry through port 80, although in virtual server it was created with port 443. From the browser is loading and does not display any error messages, it is simply trying to load the page. If I make the connection through port 80 everything is fine.
