Receiver not forwarding Camera

Hi All,


I have all the registry keys set via GPO and Citrix Policies in Studio.  I'm able to successfully forward the camera on about 80% of the laptops. All laptops are the same brand and the PID and VID of the camera is the same. I have been reading pages and pages and I'm not sure what else to try.


I have tried different Receiver versions, running all updates and testing the camera outside of Citrix.

I am experiencing a similar issue with a couple of users. An upgrade to the latest 7.15 LTSR Receiver 4.9.9002 has caused a similar problem for some users. I have a case opened with Citrix and will let you know what I find for an answer.
