Workspace app default store is not enabled


Hello Everyone, 


In our infra we have Citrix VDAs with Workspace app installed so users can connect to individual apps inside their Hosted Server Desktops. Recently we created new VDAs & DDCs (1912 LTSR CU1) where workspace app is not auto-launching once user logs in to desktop. If user clicks on Workspace app icon, It shows a store name  pre-populated (Under Accounts) however it's not enabled automatically (Under "On" store is not ticked).  We can however tick the box and click OK so app tries connecting to store but with this look n feel of app is quite different the usual. 


Now if we manually add a new store (adding FQDN) and then connect to it, It launches correctly with all icons and customization.  I have reviewed major configuration at VDA, DDC, storefront level and everything look okay to us.  We have a common store for all Delivery Controllers and apps are working for VDAs of other sites fine. Any help would be highly appreciated.
