Netscaler/Storefront issue - "Your logon has expired, please log on again to continue"

Question

The problem I have is that I have enabled 1to1 nat externally. Created portal.domainname.com for external access through Citrix ADC. Configured the store front for external access.  I am presented with the Unified Gateway Login first both internally and when I access it externally and then the Storefront login but only when I access this externally. Give me the error "Your logon has expired, please log on again to continue".  If I run it on an internal machine, through workspace on a laptop, chromebook or any other device. I am fine. Just wants the double authentication when I am doing it externally.

 

Anyone have any idea why this might be?

Are you sure that you're accessing the NetScaler VIP when you're internal?

Also, have you set a callback URL on the StoreFront Server? if so, can the StoreFront Server access the callback URL(e.g. are you enforcing a proxy address across your internal systems?)

what about the VServer IP address? is tha filled in on StoreFront?

 

Finally, on the Delivery Controller, start PowerShell as Administrator and type the following

 

asnp Citrix*

Get-BrokerSite

 

and let us know what gets displayed for "TrustRequestsSentToTheXmlServicePort"
