Adobe Acrobat registration issue on VDI

After a recent ADMT migration to cross Forrest we have move all users to new domain and left VDI infrastructure on old domain. Netscaler and storefront is updated with new domain authentication and profile server ACL is updated,


After user started authenticating from new domain Adobe Acrobat DC has been showing error  "we can't verify your subscription statues" and gray screen any web apps that requires Adobe. Earlier, user had to launch Adobe DC and sign again to fix this issue which was still annoying but this time instead of sign in expiration it is expiration status, which requires both roaming and local profile reset for Adobe and launching Adobe DC again. Problem it it seemed to happen frequently after fixing with folder rename or reset
