Skype / Teams - Audio Issues and disconnects - Citrix Cloud





since we were publishing Virtual Apps & Desktops + RemotePC via Citrix Cloud we are having a lot more of Problems with Skype and Teams.

Users often sound like a robot or just get kicked from the VDI when someone is presenting something or joining a conference.

This seems to happen mostly on VDI's an published Desktop from Terminal Server (2019).


On our other Farm via Netscaler we don't have so much issues with Skype and Teams.



We tried with latest Workspace + HDX Media Engine / Realtime Connector but this doesn't seem to make any difference.

We also actived the policy Audio via UDP and deactivated Audio via UPD with Real-Time Transport and hoped it will make any difference.


Does someone have any ideas / configurations we can try too?
