ICA connection stuck at " connection in progress"

We have a user that seems to get stuck once they select the published application. They receive a message "Connection in Progress", but it never seems to connect. This is the case for any Citrix login that they use from their machine. 

I can login with their id/password from my machine without any issues. It seems to be an issue on their client, but I need assistance in where to look for the problem.

Reinstalled Citrix workspace 1911 multiple times also same issue.


Any suggestions would be appreciated!
