Teams unable to dial into Zoom Meetings

Hello,

 

We've recently deployed a new testing image before publishing to prod. We're trying to use Microsoft Teams with the HDX Optimization. In our first week of testing, this was working properly and we were able to use Teams to make outbound calls into meetings. After a weekend reboot, we've lost this ability and it has not returned with subsequent reboots and troubleshooting. Information below regarding environment, taken from the "how to post a question" topic. Teams shows HDX Optimized, but meetings do not respect our touchtone inputs. The Zoom auto-attendant says, three times, "You have not entered any numbers. Please enter your meeting ID and press #" before hanging up on us. Any input is much appreciated as we're looking to retire Skype for Business in favor of Teams if we can confirm full functionality.

 

  • VDA Version and OS: Citrix VDA 7 1912 LTSR CU1 (1912.0.1000.24525) on Windows Server 2019 Standard
  • CWA Version and OS: Citrix Workspace 2006 (20.6.0.38) on Windows 10 Pro
  • Teams version and if it was installed as .exe (AppData) or MSI with CLI flag ALLUSER = 1 (Program Files): Teams v1.3.0.4461, installed with ALLUSER=1
  • Logs: HdxTeams logs are located in the client machine (AppData\Local\Temp\HDXTeams). Attach them if possible: Attached from my most recent attempt to make a call today.
  • Sometimes capturing a quick video of the issue with your phone can help a lot. If possible, attach it.: This can be recorded if necessary.

From CTX253754:

"Even though CWA 2006.1 for Windows supports DTMF, the corresponding code in Teams has not yet been rolled out. Once it is made available in Ring4, only a sign out/sign in will be required to make DTMF functional."

Once it is GA, we will update the CTX Article.
