Keeping DYMO Printer working on reboots.

I have to repair the DYMO Connect software anytime the VM is rebooted in order for the Printer to show up properly under "Printers" instead of "Unspecified" despite the drivers loading and windows telling me it's ready to go when I login. Anyone else run into this issue? I've already tried putting the software and drivers in the OS layer; it didn't help. I'm using user layers as well. See screen shots for more details.
