Question

What can I analyze from these to find out why the system was in a hung state. I have attached in a word format some logs taken from support bundle am not sure what these really say and how to decode it.

Sys_Info -a top.txt

top - 11:48:14 up  5:05,  0 users,  load average: 0.00, 0.01, 0.05

Tasks:  67 total,   1 running,  66 sleeping,   0 stopped,   0 zombie

%Cpu(s):  3.0 us,  0.6 sy,  0.0 ni, 96.4 id,  0.0 wa,  0.0 hi,  0.0 si,  0.0 st

KiB Mem:   4056024 total,  3256316 used,   799708 free,    69056 buffers

KiB Swap:  2104508 total,        0 used,  2104508 free,   797188 cached

2. Checked sys_info -a running_process.txt and checked the tomcat process

tomcat    5356  0.0  0.3  66256 14224 ?        S    06:45   0:01 /usr/sbin/snmpd -A -Lsd -r -u tomcat 16161

3. Checked Support bundle – ThreaddumpV2.html file

Checked to see that CPU time is enabled

Contention monitoring enabled

false

CPU time enabled

true

Peak thread count

390

Total started thread

450

Thread count

344

Daemon thread count

4. Searched for Runnable thread with highest CPU Time

I am attaching this info in a doc file.

Appreciate anyone can tell me why all the 3 servers in the cluster would have been hung.
