Enrollment MAM AUTH Fail

We have a few users which are trying to enroll their devices but they are not being able to do so.

Checking out the audit user log we can see lines as the next one:


"domain\username" "" "" "ip address" "Login" "Fail" "MAM AUTH" "" "CitrixReceiver/com.zenprise build/20.1.5 Android/5.0.2 LRX22G.G360FXXS1BRL3 VpnCapable X1Class" "Explicit form login failed"


Any idea what that error means?


The weird thing is that the user shows up in the Endpoint Management console as registered but nothing about the device.
