Not able to synchronize appdata temp folder.

Hello,

 

We have an application that creates logs in the users AppData\Local\Temp-folder. This cannot be changed according to the manufacturer.

The problem is that they disappear when the user logs out/is logged out of the Citrix environment so we can't get the logs to troubleshooting problems with the user session.

 

It looks like the folder was excluded from syncing by defaut. But I have removed that and added the "AppData\Local\Temp" to "Directories to synchronize" policy in Studio. But I have not had any luck so far. Is this perhaps hardcoded not to work? I know there might be some issues doing this indefinitely, we only need it during troubleshooting and after we can turn it off again.
