Citrix disconnections on WIFi

Question

Good afternoon,

One of my users is working on the company WiFi and a lot of times its getting disconnected. Some of the time the user is using a laptop and some if the time a PC that is connected to the company WiFi (not a guest network with MAC filtering).

Sometimes its happening with and some times without a VPN connection. The receiver in the PC and in the laptop are different versions. Both has Win10 OS.

We are connection via store to our environment. I tried to check the same way of working with a test account and the same PC - no problems. 

Is anything that I can do to provide a proper work for my users?
