Darren Poppleton
I have a VPX running on an SDX that recently had a memory issue. Can I increase the memory available to the VPX on the SDX without rebooting? Or does it require a reboot? Also, I current have 4 gig allocated, is 8 enough? Diego Oliveira
Yes, require a boot. It will tell you if a reboot is needed or not.
Bart Vermeersch
The amount of memory you allocate depends on the number of Packet Engines and features you want to use. Integrated caching for example can use a lot of memory.
Darren Poppleton
I'm still waiting for info from support on this. I'm thinking that 11.1 63.15 has a memory leak, so increasing the memory will just postpone the inevitable.
