How to get Workspace to allow display sleep on MacOS?

Question

How do I get a connected Citrix desktop to allow my computer to enter *display* sleep? I want my screens to turn off at night to save energy and prevent burn in. (Yes, I know modern displays are less prone to burn in.)

It's OK if Citrix prevents *sleep* (which disconnects networks etc.), because doing so keeps my session alive. However, there's no reason Citrix should prevent *display sleep.* Is there a configuration option that will fix this?

Workspace 20.02.0.5 (2002) - MacOS 10.15.4 - 2014 MacBook Pro Retina
