After successful enrollment, log in to Secure Hub fails: "access to your company network is not currently available"

Hi all,


Please help me with the following:


At our company we are installing a brand new test environment with XenMobile.


When we download Secure Hub from the App Store, we can enroll our device perfect in XenMobile.


But when enrolled, Secure Hub want to open and log in. 
This fails with the following message: "access to your company network is not currently available".


Our users logs in to Secure Hub as: domain.local\user, enroll successful , automatic go back to Secure Hub, which result in: "access to your company network is not currently available".


We use a Netscaler for external access and 2 XenMobile servers, are all up to date with all the versions.

At the moment we are using SSL Offloading.


MDM URL: mdm.externaldomain.de
MAM URL: mam.externaldomain.de
Our devices are using iOS only.


I am lost! Please help!
