End user's integrated camera not working in Citrix Skype or Teams.


Does anyone know why an end user's (Windows 10) integrated camera will not work in Citrix Skype or Teams?

  1. Only one user - it is an isolated issue.
  2. Camera works fine on user's personal laptop.
  3. Have already upgraded user to latest Citrix Workspace App.
  4. Have already reset user's Citrix roaming profile.
  5. Environment: 7.15.1000
  6. Teams is 32-bit installation.
  7. Skype is from O365 install to VDA
