Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. The Citrix XenApp server you have selected is not accepting connections

Question

Hi,

 

 

I am facing an error pop up while connecting the Citrix XenApp server with quick Launch app "Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. The Citrix XenApp server you have selected is not accepting connections"

I am using XenApp 7.12 version on Windows Server 2016 OS.

I have gone through all the discussions regarding this issue but no where i have seen this particular issue.

 

help me out on this issue, Thank you in prior.

Hi,

There are many reasons because of which you are seeing this issue, I would suggest looking at the event logs which may narrow down the issue.

Few reasons could be:

1. Load evaluator.

2.Check if the apps are published on the right server.

3. DNS/host entries on the client side.

4.Verify that right ports are opened or not.

If you are using a secure connection, make sure that there is no trust issues and the certificate chain is complete.

You can also try using the latest version of Citrix Workspace app
