Can you tired to build new DDC and add into your existing site? this is very straight forward.

I know this is not a solution for the problem but at least you will know there nothing wrong from DB and config etc.

Also you will able to manage you farm while you are looking into the issue?

Thanks

Manoj

Hi ,

Can you please collect the detailed console log by following the steps mentioned below share it with us for further troubleshooting.

Console Log

  • This is disabled by default. To enable, edit the MmcSnapin.dll.config file located under the following directory:
    • %ProgramFiles%\Citrix\Desktop Studio
  • To enable logging for Desktop Studio, open the preceding .Config file, browse to the <appSettings> section and add the following entry:
    • <add key="LogFileName" value="c:\DS.log" />
  • Restart Desktop Studio.

Below mentioned is an article which clearly describes about different logs for Desktop Studio and the ways to collect them

Thanks,

Anjani
