WorkSpace App for iOS 20.4.5.5 - Keyboard

Hello,

 

Our iPad's WorkSpace App for iOS updated to 20.4.5.5.  When users now connect in the Keyboard from the dropdown doesn't appear to function when tapping on it.  We are connecting in to a XenDesktop 7.6, Windows 7.  The users are able to log in perfectly fine, however, when the screen locks after being idle, they come back and are unable to use the Keyboard icon to unlock the the screen.

 

Is there something new in the latest Citrix WorkSpace App that needs to be changed for the on screen Keyboard?  This did work previously and the calls are coming in more and more.
