Black screen issue XenDesktop

Question

 

 

Hello Experts, 

 

Explorer not launching on Citrix XenDesktop on 7.15 LTSR CU4 running windows 1(1903)0 persistent VDI for new users. 

 

When we launch persistence VDI from Citrix portal. the new user logon take s about 10 min preparing windows screen. And black screens comes up and nothing happens forever.  Also note it no UPM solution is implemented.

This will work for me & resolved the issue. You may tried this

 

1. Uninstalled UPM completely use the link below

2. Installed Profile Management 5.8

Thanks for reply. Please be informed that we do not have any upm solution implemented. However are you still asking me to follow the article.
