Could not detect specified account Citrix on Macbook

Hi,

 

I am running Citrix Workspace Version: Version: 20.02.0.5 (2002) on my Mac. I am able to access the Storefront URL from Safari with no issues. However, when I attempt to add an account to the Workspace app using the same URL, I get an error saying "Could not detect the specified account. The server might be invalid or may be unavailable at this time. Make sure the URL is correct and check your network connection." I am using the default Workspace Preferences settings. Screenshot also attached. Does anyone know why it is not reaching the server? 

 

Macbook version: 10.15.4

Java version 8 update 212

Thank you. I tried three things as below:

 

my email

URL ending with "StoreWeb" (using on Safari)

URL ending with "Store".

 

Another of my colleague using windows can connect through Citrix via same URL that I provide in Safari.
