Workspace app on Andoird does not work

Question

When trying to connect to a citrix session, All our Android users get an error "Try connecting again".

 

This is happening for a month or 2 now. Users on iOS are working fine.

So we login to the site that hosts our Citrix desktops, we choose our desktop, the download the .ica file. Then open the file, the workspace app starts, then the circle keeps spinning and after 15-20 sec. It gives the error "Try connecting again", and then shuts the workspace app down. This happens on all our Android devices. Samsung A50 phones Android 10.

 

Any idea on how to solve this?
