Teams Citrix HDX Not connected

Question

Has anyone else seen similar issues where some workstations cannot optimize Teams traffic?  Getting the dreaded Citrix HDX Not Connected.

 

I have removed, reinstalled, downgraded, cleared registry and appdata, No luck.  I have seen this on a few different machines. 

 

It is definitely something with the workstations, as the same user logging in on other machines HDX works fine.

 

I have enabled logging on the workstation and seeing nothing show up explaining why the hdxteams.exe is not launching on the client.

 

I am just short of wiping the machine.  It is my gaming laptop so that ain't gonna happen.

Can you attach the HdxTeams.exe logs?
