Upgraded from 7.15 CU4 to 1912 LTSR - Policies won't load on primary DDC

Question

Hi,

Strange issue, i've just gone through the upgrade process to bring the Citrix estate to 1912 LTSR, everything is fine apart from that I cannot load policies on the primary DDC in Studio.

If I log onto the secondary DDC which has studio it loads fine.

Any ideas, its not a show stopper as it works on the secondary but just on the primary server.

Hi Kasper,

Thanks for your suggestion, I have done a repair of all the Vis C++ Runtime, running it off the ISO, and it states .Net 4.7.1 is already installed.

But still get the error.

I thought it may be something to do with SMO, so remove these and re-installed. Still get the same error.

Even uninstalled Studio and re-installed and Group Policy Management.  Still get the error.

Any further suggestions?

Thanks

Kevin

Having policy issues as well after 7.15 CU4 to 1912 CU7 upgrade. Policies not being applied to VDAs.... Both CDCs showing and able to edit policies but VDAs erroring out saying having issues with user Citrix policies. Were fine before upgrade. All servers running same version on .NET (4.8) "The following warnings were encountered during user policy processing: Windows failed to apply the Citrix Group Policy settings". Service ticket into Citrix.
