Published App , Sometimes Launches on users desktop as Zoomed In

Hi All,

Local User Os  : Windows 10 Pro
Citrix Workspace Version : 1911 

I'm stuck with a somewhat interesting issue, i have a published app that sometimes seems to launch ZOOMED as in the app doesn't seem to use the local desktop screen resolution . 
it happens once in a while, Citrix support seems to have come up with only one solution and no justification which is to update citrix workspace to 1912 from 1911 .... 

Has anyone ever experienced this before, the users local work space has the DPI settings "Let the operating system scale the resolution " . and the issue still seems to persist . 


I asked the Citrix support guys why they assume 1912 will work and so far no answer :D its been a week with L2 support. 


PS , I'm not even sure if i'm posting in the right forum , if not can an admin categorize my post correctly.
