Virtual Machine Slow in XenServer 7.6

Jorge Garcia1709161588

Hello, yesterday I installed xenserver 7.6 on an HP Proliant DL 320 G5p server and the virtual machines are very slow.

I have installed a virtual machine with Ubuntu Desktop 16.04.4 - 64 bits and each operation takes a long time. It goes very slowly.

The characteristics of the server are:

- Intel 2.66Ghz 4MB L2 Cache

-Intel VT - activated

I don't know if the server is running low on resources and that's why it's not working properly.

I hope you can help me, thank you very much.

thanks to everyone

Is 8 GB the entire RAM of the host? How much memory is allocated to dom0 (run "top" from the CLI to check)? If that little RAM, dom0 will be tiny and not run well at all.

I have 8GB of RAM on the host.

Each virtual machine assigned 3GB-4GB of ram and I only have one turned on.

Run "top" in the xenserver console?
