HDX Microphone and Webcam prompts on unmanaged machines

Environment-Citrix Cloud, Gateway Service, Cloud Storefront. Remote PC Access


We have remote users, using personal unmanaged computers, that are complaining about getting prompted every day they access their Remote PC Access work PC. They get prompted to allow "HDX Microphone and Webcam"?


Possible to for enforce via Citrix policy to avoid user prompts?

Is there a tweak on the Workspace app install that can be done?

Is there a reg tweak on the user's personal computers that can be done?
