Printing issues when using Citix PDF printng from Chromebrooks

Office 365 pro Plus



Chromebook users will choose Citrix PDF printer to print their office docs and occasionally,  the redering job gets stuck at the Generating PDF message before it gets handed over to the print dialog box stage when the physical printer is then selected.


Citrix Workspace Is installed locally as well.


Has anyone come across this and have some tips in resolving it?
