When login to the site and try to open Citrix app there's nothing come up.

Question

Cause:

- When login to the site and try to open Citrix app there's nothing come up.
- Check on Citrix Director to see a session and found N/A for this endpoint.


Please find below for our team try to fix but still not work.

- Re-install Citrix receiver on user profile. This is including old citrix receiver version and the latest one.
- Try to using another profile and access to citrix.

- Reboot Citrix server that user facing issue but this still same.

Do you mean applications are enumerating correctly but when user tries to launch an app, It doesn't do anything ?

Looks to me an issue with receiver install. Try cleaning up machine for old copies of Citrix plugin/Receivers and then install latest workspace app. You might need admin privilege to perform this.
