Unable to open app from Citrix workspace app

I suggest you begin by contacting the group that supports the Citrix environment you're connecting to.  There are a wide variety of causes for this behavior and as such would be difficult to suggest a solution.  


I assume you're seeing the connection progress dialog box?  There is a button on that dialog that you can click to see what stage of the login process is currently running, that may give you a clue as to where the problem may be.  It could be related to your User Profile, or something entirely different.
