Found this: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX253754

Adding the regkey did it.

Monitoring Teams with HDX Monitor

On 1912 VDAs (or higher), you can monitor an optimized active call using HDX Monitor (3.5.2 or higher).
To turn this on, create the following WebrtcDirectorIntegration regkey on the VDA:

HKLM\Software\Citrix\HDXMediaStream\
Or
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\HdxMediaStream
- reg key value:
name: WebrtcDirectorIntegration
type: DWORD
value: enable(1), disable(0)

Anybody else not seeing this after adding the reg keys? Mine doesn't show disabled, it isn't an option in HDX Monitor at all.

Thanks

This is probably related to you using the wrong HDX Monitor version.

You need to get the hdxmonitor.msi that matches the VDA version. This is packaged with the CVAD .iso layout (somewhere in one of those folders)
