After installing Receiver, Clicking a webcam ends the session?

Good morning everyone,


I have helped users install Citrix Receiver on their computers to utilize Microphone and Webcam capabilities. For some users, when they click on the Video Call button on skype or try to access their webcam, the Citrix session "Disappears" according to the team members I'm working with. There is no dialogue box that appears or anything. I'm curious if theirs an issue with session crashing due to the webcam being accessed or if there's something that needs to be allowed for the webcam to operate.
